Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The Inn is adorable and quiet. Off street parking. Very good location to walk to downtown. The court yard is a great place to relax with a glass of wine and a good book if you need a break from all the walking around. The owners are very personable and welcoming. It was a great place for a solo traveler as it felt very safe. And the beds are amazing!
Cute vintage-style resort Inn with multiple buildings that is clean and well maintained located in perfect location along a lake at the south end of the historic downtown area that is filled with shopping and dining options, all within walking distance. Resort offers a pool and outdoor bar alongside the lake and has beautiful sunsets. The Inn also offers dining options should one want to not leave the premises.
The location of the Inn is just two blocks from downtown Mt. Dora. We drove all around the area and had an easy time getting through town and back to the Inn. There’s covered parking available and Tony’s Chowder is next door which is open for lunch.
location was awesome and the room was generous, grounds werer lovely i enjoyed eating in the gazebo and sitting on the bscreened porch at night . I have stayed at the Lakeside Inn many times, I am a sales rep, the prices went up there so i decided to try something different, totally happy I did!
The food was very good. We ate there for breakfast and one dinner. We loved the location, charm, pool and pool area. The historical nature and architecture is great! Quiet and relaxing. Staff very pleasant and helpful!
This Inn was wonderful! We parked our car and walked everywhere! The room was clean, quaint, and very comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!
Loved the location , walking 🚶♀️ distance from the town! It was really nice , clean .Very cozy!! My kids loved it and the history of the Inn. Would stay there again absolutely!
Being an antique lover, this inn is full of beautiful antiques. l especially enjoyed talking with the owner and learning a lot about
life in Mt. Dora. Also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast!
