Very quiet property especially being on the main street. Everything is in walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and wonderful. Quiet too! And the breakfast was excellent. I especially like the reverse osmosis filter inside the room, which helped us from having to buy bottled water. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The location of the hotel is wonderful, right on the waterfront. And the continental breakfast, selection of items was very good. Also, the Inn was clean, quiet and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I do recommend this hotel to everyone.
I loved the comfort of the bed. I haven't had a good night sleep until I slept in one of Habor Inn king size bed. I woke up well rested and pain free. I had a really good night sleep. I will stay again.
Great location near the stunning coast, 20 minute walk to Pacific Grove restaurants, very close to the Sunset Drive entrance to the beautiful 17 mile drive. Pacific Grove is quieter than Monterey but you're still very close to Cannery Row etc. Whale watching from Moss Landing was amazing. The Inn had a pleasant, safe and friendly atmosphere. Good coffee and breakfast snacks.
Marina Street Inn was an exceptional bed and breakfast. The location is centrally located near everythig in Morrow Bay.
We enjoyed our stay very much. We liked that the host explained to us how things worked. They allowed us freedom to use the entire house. I would say: "Thank you"
The breakfast makes the start of the day wonderful and for sure sets the tone for the day,soooo convenient,the hard boiled eggs can be perfected but who am I to say for a lovely food overall,Yummmy.Location was great,walkable anyway to closest places to see,restaurants are plentiful ,for sure we will come back and stay in La Serena Inn again.
No breakfast. I like the location and the "friendliness". The Inn is a little bit "dated" and could use some upgrading. However, its a pleasant place to watch other people with their pets and the view of THE ROCK is beautiful. The great restaurants and stores are within walking distance and its usually pretty quiet. This is my second time staying at THE INN and will probably return next year.
Location was great, there were 3 patio areas. We were able to get free cinnamon rolls from the bakery next door each morning and they were delicious! They staff was very nice
We booked in Morro Bay to attend graduation at Cal Poly nearby. Graduation weekend means high prices, but the Morro Bay Beach Inn was a reasonable value. Clean, comfortable, and 2 blocks from the water -- I would stay there on a return visit. The owner is hands-on, and cares about his guests' comfort.
