Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
1. Owner/staff was very accommodating when we arrived later than planned. He even helped us bring luggage to our room.
2. Room was clean, A/C worked great, very large TV, beds were comfortable.
3. Proximity of inn to wedding we were attending was very close.
4. Indian restaurant directly next to Inn, with great food.
5. Room rate was reasonable.
The Inn at MIddletown exceeded our expectations. It has been renovated and rooms are pretty big and well equipped. Location is perfect, close to Wesleyan University and restaurants and shops.
