The free breakfast was good. The restaurant in the hotel was great for dinner and the food was delicious. The room was cozy and the beds were super comfortable.

It was very ok stay, nice hotel with a great pool but the breakfast was very disappointing for Hilton chain and service was very poor. We didn’t get cleaning service as they came when we were getting ready for dinner (after full morning and afternoon our room was not cleaned) and we asked them to come back in 30 min but they said they either do it now or won’t clean the room… also the morning breakfast service was not that nice with the exception of one lady. The pool area and service by the pool was amazing though!
Hotel was very close to the airport, but the shuttle was 40 min late picking us up but much better in dropping us off. We had a king bed suite which included a small kitchen. Hotel was clean and comfortable, room included a good buffet breakfast. There was light food from the bar for dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Though we did not have a car there was good parking. We did not have time to use the swimming pool or workout room. This was a stopover on our way home.
I love this Hampton Inn at Blue Lagoon in Miami, and try to stay there every time we pass through. The staff at this hotel is friendly, efficient and most helpful to me and my family. The shuttle bus drivers are equally simpáticos! Reception area is pleasant. Breakfast is ample and all we need. It is very convenient to us to cross over to Publix, Burlington and Walgreens, since we live abroad. But every single time, what I love most is the Staff! Congratulations!
Never had breakfast wasn't sure about where or the hours. Most accommodating Innkeeper and he came to the room to assist with TV. Upon leaving another end keeper asked how our stay was and very concerned it was very hospitable
