Quality Inn Airport I-240, hotel in Memphis

This Tennessee hotel is 1.9 mi from Graceland. A daily hot breakfast, and seasonal outdoor pool. A microwave and small refrigerator for late night snacks are included in all guest rooms.

The place was dirty. Found blood on our comforter. Had only 2 4x4 pillows bed was lumpy. Breakfast the first day was only waffles and no syrup. They gad cereal but no milk or bowls. The second day they did have milk and bowels. We put the sign on the door for no maids and some one came in because the lights I left on for when we came back were turned off 😕 . The location was close to Graceland which is why we choose it. They gad a gated parking lot which anyone could jump over it. I would not recommend it nor will I ever stay there again.

Only here overnight but enjoyed the hotel, could do with a kettle and cups in the room for overseas travellers and teabags for those that don’t drink coffee. We ate in the hotel for dinner food was lovely, but drinks were a bit poor arrived to the table warm/hot.

Breakfast was acceptable. AC flooded floor of room. 3rd floor wreaked of Marijuana as soon as exiting elevators. Floor of elevators filthy. Toilet seat broken. Tried to checkout early and staff refused to refund any amount of the 2nd night reservation. Bookin.com contacted this hotel and was refused to accommodate them in securing any amount of refund also. I will never return to this particular business and will think twice before staying at any other Country Inn properties!!! Liked NOTHING!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here during our quick stopover in Memphis! The room was really nice, we loved having a couch and the room was very modern which felt quite luxurious. The bathroom was a huge standout for us as we loved having a walk in shower as they aren't that common in the places we have stayed. The area was lovely, felt quite secure as only other hotels around and was very close to a shopping centre which was nice for dinner and getting supplies. The breakfast space and bar area was also very nice

Clean, comfortable. We were there previously and the clerk remembered us, and asked about our family. Housekeeping was very pleasant and kind to our dog. Breakfast and dinner were very nice. The woman who does breakfast is amazingly kind and sweet. Laundry was free to use.
