Staff was amazing! I’ve never had such good customer service at a hotel before. Breakfast was very good also with a staff member in the dining room refilling breakfast items. Indoor pool and hot tub was very nice. Fresh coffee and ice water in the lobby. Did I mention how awesome the staff was?🙂

Beautiful historic rooms restored so they were functional with modern electricity, plumbing, and luxurious bed, comforters, and furniture. You wouldn't know the building was from the 1800s, except for the beautiful wood floors and high ceilings throughout. On site parking was great.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The room was super clean and modern! The Inn has camera all around the property and my sister and I felt really safe when arriving in the middle of the night. The person who I believe to be the owner was very kind upon arrival and departure. I definitely won’t hesitate to book a room here again.
The owners were very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. The inn is in a mid -stage of renovation, but the unfinished room we were given had been given a facelift of paint . The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.
The staff was very nice and accommodating with tips on local attractions as well as quickly providing a new room since the ac was not working well in the first. Hotel breakfast was good french toast sticks or biscuits and gravy. And Black Bear dinner was located in the same parking lot for dinner.
Quality Inn & Suites in Medford, OR, offers a convenient location with friendly and helpful personnel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the pool was unfortunately closed during our visit, the overall experience was positive. It's a good choice for clean and accessible accommodation in Medford.
I the property was not clearly marked I was told by every other motel in the area that Ramada inn was no more it went out of business so I booked a room at motel 6 so I would like my refund please
We have stayed here 3 times now. We will stay again. Excellent location near a ton of eateries and stores. They have a great continental breakfast with all kinds of goodies. Did I mention the staff? Excellent customer service. Very accommodating.

The breakfast was great. The location was just off the freeway. Great place when you are traveling between destinations. Had dinner at the Point Bar and Grill. Very good.
I loved that multi-grain waffle mix was offered. Bananas would be a great addition. Medford is the only Comfort Inn to offers warm chocolate chip cookies to guests.
The breakfast was very good. The convenience of having a hot breakfast at the hotel is our primary reason for staying at Hampton Inn. The room was spacious and clean.
