The breakfast was good with a nice variety of food served in a pleasant and clean sitting area.
I appreciated getting the special accommodations I requested when booking my reservation. It was so helpful to have a 1st floor room with a parking space nearby because of my physical limitations. When I inquired at check-in the staff provided a nice restaurant recommendation within close walking distance for an enjoyable dinner. I also liked that the hotel was easy to find right on my main travel route.
Great facility. Breakfast was exceptional. Pool area nice. Room and service was great. Even had a washer and dryer available. I will recommend Quality Inn to all my friends and family.
I like everything about budget inn by OYO in madras Oregon. Awesome staff, clean rooms, walking distance to downtown. Cute little shops to shop at. Parking is very good, and all our things were safe. When I get a chance to go back to see my kids and grandsons, I'll be staying there again

Clean, friendly , great breakfast, beautiful view and decorations. A lot of choices to stay in madras but this INNl was beautiful, so peaceful and clean. The staff was so kind and made my stay comfortable. If you stay in Madras you have to stay here, the environment alone makes you smile !
The management was super welcoming, friendly and helpful. We liked the room we got and the beds felt very comfortable and clean. The kitchenette room had windows in the front as well as in the back, which was great for airflow and sunlight. Staff and Management always had a smile on their face.
The Black Bear Dinner in walking distance and the Bowling Place right behind the Motel made for a great location.
The pool and hot tub was extremely relaxing. I work in the hotel industry, Inn at Cross Keys is my husband and I favorite, and only hotel we will stay when visiting family in Madras.
The room was comfortable and clean. Located very close to the restaurant we chose to have dinner at.
