Very Pet friendly, including the lounge and bar area. We have a puppy, who didn't want to be alone in the room. So, we had him with us in the bar for dinner.

Comfortable mattress and pillows. Rooms were bright - especially large bathroom. Nice having the restaurant on-site. After a day of touring VT, we could kick back and had a nice dinner outside on the grass. Very good. Vince, Corin and Maria were extremely pleasant.

Upper Pass is an older lodge located 100 yards away from base of Magic Mtn. Has a small bar open on weekends with a nice common area/fire place. Affordable, decent breakfast, dinner on weekends. Food is like comfort diner food. Perfect for after skiing. Upper Pass isn't a fancy new diamond. What Upper Pass is? An older affordable lodge with a laid back feel. You can just imagine the good times so many people have experienced over the years. I saw it in the main common area this last weekend.

Staff was so great, kind and helpful for everything needed. Restaurant, bar and lounge with sofas and big fireplace very comfy. Restaurant meal was fantastic. Room was clean and relatively updated, no mini fridge but coffeemaker, coffee and free nutrigrain snack bars. Beekman 1802 products in bathroom was nice surprise too. Beautiful views and another fun tavern next door. I don't ski but I definitely would go here if I did for a small but fun ski resort.
