Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
This rustic lodge is nestled perfectly on the side of Judith Mountain. Yes, it is a short beautiful 6 mile drive from town, and yes, it is quiet and comfortable. New towels were cuddle soft, with extra towels for our 4 legged friend. Dinner on site was amazing. Hand breaded chicken fried steak and prime rib topped burger with the owners own beef. The staff was amazing. This place is for those of us who like quiet simplicity with excellent service. This is our 10th+ year coming. We come for the peace.
It was all so wonderful, The staff was friendly, kind, helpful. We loved being out in the forest. It was so quiet and relaxing.The breakfast was awesome! Cereal, fresh fruit, waffles, biscuits and gravey, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, lots of bread for toast. Boiled eggs. So wonderful and much more.
The dining room fits the location perfectly.
There was a very limited selection from the dinner menu as the kitchen was low on food supplies. The steaks we did order were excellent.
The lodge was peaceful and quiet. The staff was friendly and available. If you’re not picky breakfast was good. Dinner was very good. Limited choices, but very good. We would go back. We enjoyed our stay.
