Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Really enjoyed the art galley, the whole Inn really does feel 1 of a kind. The Beds were very soft and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. It was such a genuinely nice experience to stay here, especially after a very long day of driving.
The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. As a whole the environment was fantastic and very calming. The place has so much character and history in each room, you can tell how much love and care the owner and staff hold for this beautiful inn.
Staff was very friendly and nice, pretty quick to check us in even though we got there late. The breakfast was pretty tasty, I liked the fresh biscuits and gravy and the cinnamon rolls looked pretty tasty.
We booked a room with a separate room attached that had a king-sized bed. All the beds were actually the size listed, a pleasant surprise since most hotels are a size smaller than listed. The beds were pretty comfortable, no complaints about that.
The downstairs area seemed very clean and in good shape.
I drive between Phoenix and Dallas several times a year. The Comfort Inn at La Mesilla is my favorite place to stay. It's like a short vacation. Great hotel and great location. I look forward to staying there.
Very comfortable rooms. The grounds are gorgeous, with lots of paths to walk among beautiful palm trees and flowers. Birds chirping. Wonderful outdoor pool and whirlpool. Inside the motel is elegantly decorated—almost like an impressive art museum. The staff is so helpful and cheerful. A wonderful restaurant serves an amazing dinner. A very nice gift shop as well. My husband has surgery in a nearby hospital. We are from out of town so we come over the day before.
Lydia was a wonderful hostess; breakfasts were freshly homemade and delicious. The inn was charming and unique. A real gem! Will definitely stay again whenever we are in the area.
The breakfast—a freshly made frittata with croissant and green chili sauce, plus fresh fruit and muffins of various flavors—was delicious. Lydia, the innkeeper, was delightful. The inn has various nooks to settle in, and art everywhere. It’s a truly unique lodging experience.
Checked in and room was not ready
Everything was a mess. The wait was horrible and a few people had to leave cuz they were over booked
One lady mentioned she left to dinner and when she returned someone else was in her room.
