I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, and the breakfast was very good. I had read some negative reviews mentioning issues with the cleaners or unpleasant smells in the rooms, but I found my room to be very clean, and there was no odor at all. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The inn was beautifully decorated and felt very homely and spacious. Our room was very comfy and quiet. Amelia and Ron were lovely and friendly and made a delicious breakfast. I wish I’d had more time and hope to come back.
Our room at Captain's Collection was lovely, immaculate and charming. Breakfast was available every morning with different offerings each day. Delicious and convenient. The setting for breakfast allowed for privacy and/or conversation with other inn guests. There were games to play in the lounge and dining area. The location was just a short walk to Kennebunkport restaurants and shops. No need to hassle with parking! It felt like a home away from home. It was just perfect.
It was cute and the innkeeper was sweet and genuine. The breakfast was excellent. The parking was plentiful. The room and bathroom were decorated nice. The bed was comfortable.

This was truly an amazing stay! Beautiful room, such welcoming and lovely hosts and amazing, healthy and freshly prepared breakfast in one of the cosy dining rooms. I can highly recommend staying at the Inn and visiting its beautiful surroundings. You can even make use of the inn’s own comfortable bicycles at no extra cost. Wished I could have stayed much longer!
Well located between the town and the beach. We walk everywhere but we’re not in the middle of things.
The Inn itself is pretty, feels very authentic. The room is small but so nice to have good towels, bath robes and beach towels ( I’m sure that there is more to offer in summer months)
Set up by a pond with a grassy area where you can unwind in the evenings after your stroll to watch the sunset by the beach.
