Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
We had booked 2 nights and then 2 nights in Skagway and thereafter 1night inn Driftwood before we flew to Seattle.
the airline tried to fly us to Skagway 2 times but had to turn back because of poor visibility. We asked Driftwood to stay an extra night. They had rooms for us. Good thing!!
breakfast was bare bones, but fine. it was within walking distance of several restaurants for dinner. they offer the shuttle to either airport or ferry terminal which was handy.
The breakfast was very nice. We should have used the dinning room more. The coffee was not as great as the waitress said it would be , but I do not care for Starbucks. The Baronoff was convenient for seeing and shopping.

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
