Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
From the minute we arrived, our stay was spot on. Service was great, the room was clean, the location was fantastic, the hot tub was soothing, and our breakfast tasted great. We enjoyed a bike ride on the river that the motel provided as well. If ever in Idaho Falls again, we will stay at the Driftwood Inn.
Nice large room! Loved that the pool was open 24 hours a day. We went swimming after fireworks and it was nice and quiet without a ton of kids. They also served a free simple buffet dinner in the evening. Awesome! Great location!
The staff!! The front desk staff both in the evening and morning were excellent. Professional and friendly. The property was clean and the room temperature was comfortable. The variety of breakfast and the location near a good restaurant was great for dinner.
Pet friendly, Restaurant on site; good dinner, poor breakfast. Quiet, clean, large, if unique and dated rooms. Very helpful staff, and plenty of amenities on site. Convenient to the road, and has access to the river walk parkway along the Snake River.
Had dinner the first night we stayed and breakfast on way out the next day. AJ booked us additional nights, however ended up having to cancel and check out early the next day due to issues at home.
The gal at the check inn desk was great . I had traveled 600 miles and when I went to check in she walked me through everything step by step. She even gave me dinner suggestions. Everyone working there was exceptional.kudos to your company for hiring such wonderful people. Thank you !
Nicely maintained and upgraded motel- clean, comfortable beds and great staff! Breakfast was excellent, including an omelette bar. Location is perfect along the river and walking trail. Highly recommend the Driftwood Inn!
They have anticipated everything you could need! The kitchen is great for a couple day stay, there are microwave dinners you can buy at the front desk, and warm cookies In the afternoon. The bed and the couch were both comfortable.
The bed was so comfortable, the big fluffy pillows were DELICIOUS, my room was perfectly clean, great lighting lots of plug outlets, even the argan oil soaps were top notch. Breakfast was outstanding!!! They have staff making fresh to order eggs/omelets! Duncan at the desk was delightful and knowledgeable…. Even looked up if a restaurant was open late for dinner while we were talking without me even asking.
My favourite stay in quite some time.
