The breakfast was very bad. There are no options for a diabetic person, everything is high in carbs. No eggs, bacon, ham, sausage , no diabetic friendly items, other than the coffee. The staff of the breakfast room is amazing. I don’t blame them for the quality (lack of, therefore) , they work with what they have. But the staff was super nice and service oriented.

The location, two blocks north of the Convention Center and within easy walking distance to the MAX light rail, the streetcar, and two bus lines. The room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is security conscious—you can’t even enter from outside without a key card or being buzzed in. The staff were friendly.

Location was perfect for neeeds. Breakfast was always delicious and delightful. Conversation with Ted every morning was a pleasant start to our day.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Very disappointed. We specifically wanted a place that had a full breakfast, not a “waffle” breakfast. Your promotion of Quality Inn is false. It shows a full breakfast and says American breakfast not waffle.
I worked a double and wasn't able to drive home due to being tired. I went to the Ponderosa Inn before 9am and staff got me checked in a room by 10:30 am. Let me sleep quietly in the lobby until my room was ready.
No real breakfast, still like a covid breakfast. My room was missing plug covers and the shower curtain rod falling off , barely hanging on. Needs to be updated for the price $124. The Quality Inn down the road was much better.
this is a placeholder for a wonderful, positive review. All I can say is that it's the best value in Portland. Period. I'll repost ASAP and on Google as well. Thanks especially to the staff, every one friendly and knowledgeable about the inn.
We stayed in the area before because of the location to the airport at a hotel comparable in price but the quality was awful compared to this one. The staff at this Quality Inn were so friendly, and the hotel lobby, rooms and parking lot were so clean and the size of the rooms was wonderful, bigger than most hotels in this price range! There was someone there everyday we were there cleaning the common areas and picking up trash in the parking lot, we was seriously impressed!! I will absolutely stay here again and recommend to others!!!
