very nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. the check in process was very easy and though we didnt encounter any on-site staff, i was able to get my questions answered quickly through message. the location was incredible! a comfortable walking distance from a lot of very nice restaurants and venues

The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The rate was very reasonable and it is a quick Uber ride to get to the city of Grand rapids

The receptionists were exceptionally nice and helpful.
The beds and pillows were most comfortable.
I will definitely recommend this comfort inn to anyone visiting Grand Rapids.
I stayed in many inn for work but this is probably the best one! Very clean and the room was really thought out and detailed. Breakfast was on point and there were even free cookies, coffee, and tea available all day!
The location was perfect! We walked to our event at Van Andel and easily found somewhere to walk to for dinner. The hotel was a very cool mix of modern and old. The pool was great for our kids. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was very friendly. Fitness center was well-equipped and clean. We will definitely stay again when we visit the area.
I loved the view and the location. We were able to walk to our destination. We were able to walk to find dinner and breakfast was right in the building. Beautiful facility. Friendly staff even other guests staying were friendly. It was a lovely stay. Very affordable and comfortable. I do wish they had had an extra blanket on the closet shelf instead of an extra pillow but the lack of one did not stop me from sleeping. Our room was quiet, we never heard any of our fellow guests staying in the other rooms. I hope to stay again some day.
We stayed here as my daughter’s wedding was in Grand Rapids. Many family members and guests also stayed here. We had the rehearsal dinner at Duckpins. It was a wonderful meeting place with many activities to enjoy.
Attentive and friendly innkeepers. Beautiful, wel maintained historic house and gardens. Private patio outdoor, plenty of sitting rooms around the mansion to relax outside your room. Food and drinks available free 24-7. Amazing professional level, delicious breakfasts.
