The owner has restored the Inn to the best status ever! It has been remodeled to a historical status with furnishings, repainted and replaced as needed, and made it a great retreat for family and companies. It's a great place to stay!
The location was superb. We were able to enjoy the town square, shops, restaurants, and the Dinosaur Valley State Park. We liked the creativity with breakfast and of course we thoroughly enjoyed the mystery murder dinner fun. Oh! We also walked several times along the river and saw plenty of beauty.
I love the history and being able to sit by the Paluxy River. I live how dog friendly the Inn is. The location is wonderful and only a block from the charming square of Glen Rose.
The innkeeper and her staff were outstanding. They made us feel welcome from the very start. The facility is truly pet friendly is very well maintained.
The location was perfect. We wanted to see the dinosaur tracks at the state park and it was a short drive there. The Inn was like staying in someone's home. Very welcoming and comfortable. The Inn had two sweet dogs that greeted us upon our arrival. The owner was friendly and attentive to all our questions. The breakfast was amazing and so was the coffee. Our room was so clean, cool and comfortable. I am so glad we stayed here.
Very quiet and cozy spot right on the river. Excellent dinner and drinks at the Tavern behind the Inn. Bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean.
