The in-room fireplace is what sold me. The unit was completely stocked with everything we needed. It was as close to being at home as it gets. I will not be staying in a hotel after staying here.

The employees were very friendly they seemed happy to help with anything . That's a rare thing to see nowadays . The rooms were clean and very well maintained to be an historic inn.
It was our first visit to Gatlinburg and we are so happy we chose to stay at the Gatlinburg Inn!! Love the charm of this property and the staff were all so friendly. They offer a fabulous breakfast and have several seating areas and a nice pool. The parking is great and convenient too!
Beds were super comfy! Refrigerator was excellent as far as keeping things chilled. Near all attractions! We could see the Skybridge from our balcony and was walking distance to the ticket office. Took a photo showing the location of the Inn from the Skybridge deck.
From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIPs! The property is gorgeous and the inn keepers are more than attentive. They take care of every detail. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay one more day! This place is definitely a step above the rest of Gatlinburg. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this is your place ♥️
Hot tub , claw tub, covered porch we ate dinner out there was nice and peaceful. The bed was comfortable. WiFi was great. All the supplies for a comfy soak in the tub. The hot tub was clean when we were able to get in. Coffee options with cup or drip was nice and the supplied coffee even though I brought my own.
