I had special requests due to traveling with our elderly dog. they were so willing to accommodate my requests and were so nice. we traveled on to NY and I booked another Hampton Inn at our destination because of our great experience. However, we learned real quick that all are not the same and it is definitely the staff that makes a place more pleasant. stayed one night and went down the road to a Best Western for the remaining 5 days of our stay.
In the past two years I've stayed in a dozen or more Quality Inn hotels. This is by far the best one I have used. The property was neat and clean. The room entrances were internal. The room was well appointed.
