Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The location is great - this is our hotel of choice when we come to El Paso. Breakfast was great. Dinner was fabulous. Our waitress for dinner was off the charts incredible. The front desk person on the 3 to 11 shift took care of the billing issue we had and made sure we got drink tickets for guest service recovery. That was unexpected, and definitely appreciated. We had a rough day before we checked in.
This was a lovely, comfortable stay. Staff was welcoming and helpful. It was very clean and quiet. In fact, we make this trip often so immediately booked the Palace Inn. So accessible off I-10 in El Paso.
The room was super clean, dont let the word “inn” fool you. This was pretty fancy. Friendly staff, the location of the place is amazing. U have everything u can think of food/shopping centers within walking distance.
We have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn years ago and always remembered the staff and cleanliness of this hotel not to mention the location. We have always enjoyed this hotel.
We stayed at the Quality Inn EL Paso Airport East this hotel needs too be shut down!!
We stayed 1 day the Tv never came on,maintenance never showed up, the room was disappointing it had ink all over the tub, the baseboards were falling off, a man was walking around the hotel with a gun spraying the fire extinguisher, call police they never showed up till the next morning, breakfast room had spoiled milk, no cereal no coffee the hotel is a disgrace!!!!
Do not stay at this hotel!!!
My husband and I celebrated his birthday that weekend. Although we only stayed 1 night we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at a near by restaurant as well as having a good night much needed rest.
My stay was exceptional Beth and Amber went out there way to be very helpful and respectful, There customer service skills were more then average I would highly recommend LA Quinta Inn because of them.
Not at all, never gonna stay at a quality inn ever again.
