I cannot say enough good things about the staff. my daughter left behind a cherished possesion that would seem meaningless to most. The staff went above and beyond to help us locate it after we got home and realized it was left behind. The accommodations were very nice. Everything was clean and breakfast was excellent. Thank You Quality Inn management and staff !!
Iris, the desk clerk was very helpful. Cara the historical tour guide was very pleasant. I enjoyed my mini massage. For the most part, the room was pretty clean.
Spent all my dining at the Gem& keystone Tavern. Tommy and Logan were wonderful servers. The food was delicious.
We were able to easily upgrade our room and the newer accommodations in the Garden of Eden Apple room were great. Dinner options were great and tasted delicious. Halah was both our server and host and was great. Scott at the bar was also great. There are lots of outdoor activities.
Staff excellent service the only problem was the mirrors by the pool were stain it looks like they didn’t clean them other then that Everything was excellent and breakfast and dinner delicious thank you
The history of the Inn really adds so much character. The staff was great. The food was great. The bed was the most comfortable bed of any resort we have stayed at
Nice hotel, we stayed for just one night due to our travel plans. Used this as a starting point for activities in the Delaware Water Gap Recreation Area. Roomsize was good was room was clean.
A lot of free parking was available. Hotel was easy to find though there is a lot of construction around.
There is a restaurant in the hotel. Menu and quality was okay for a quick dinner.
The inn is beautiful with a lots of charm, clean, grounds are beautyful, tranquil river, mountains, very well kept
