The breakfast choices were fewer than the Comfort Inn we stayed in the night before. No fruit was available. Bread choices were very limited. Powdered eggs were not good. The only good food was the waffle.

There’s no breakfast there’s only coffee first hotel I’ve ever stayed with and there’s no breakfast only coffee The ice machine doesn’t work. Our room key didn’t work in the beginning. We had to get another room and they’re telling us how to fix.

Basically, we had a bad experience from beginning to end for starters spring Hill suites and booking.com both charges so we paid double for this day. The person at the front desk could not help us at all, and we sat online with Booking.com for at least an hour at the front desk finally gave in and had to pay for what was a really, really poor hotel.

The townhome is spacious and decorated nicely. The beds and furniture are comfortable with extras like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea provided. Location was great for our downtown dinners and graduation activities.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hampton Inn very much. First of all, it is a brand new hotel, and everything is sparkling clean. I appreciated that cleaning wipes are provided for free by the elevators, as an extra touch. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with everything the modern traveler could need.

Everything at University Inn Duke was nice, it was just a bit pricey for the basic look of the lobby and rooms. I also think that I stayed during a busy period at Duke where most hotel rooms were booked in the area at much higher nightly rates, so in comparison this was a good deal. The beds were very comfortable.

Great place! Everything was so clean, cozy and comfortable. Very reasonably priced. Easy self check in. Great location for going to Penn Pavilion at Duke and Washington Duke Inn for meetings.
