Haven Inn & Suites, hotel in Duluth

This Duluth, Georgia hotel offers free WiFi. The Haven Inn & Suites is 6 minutes’ walk from the Payne-Corley House tea room and 1.1 km away from the Fort Yargo State Park.

There was no breakfast and The view in my room is toward the back of the hotel so there's no view. There's just one window and it's placed on the side of the building with very little view. I'm not too particular but it works for me.

The location was perfect for us. The breakfast served gave us enough options to carry us into the day. The waffles were our favorite part of the breakfast. I really enjoyed the lemon waffles and could have loved to have those verses two days of cinnamon waffles. Hospitality team including housekeeping were pleasant. It was quiet never heard any noise outside our room or next door.

The staff, all of them, were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent. I'm from Spartanburg SC. Driving in Atlanta can be pretty intimidating. I aways stay in that area because everything I need is there and I feel like a "local" in that area. I love the Fairfield Inn next door; but, your breakfast is way better. It's one of the best things y'all do !

Location of this property is very convenient to major Interstate (~30 min from Atlanta airport). Room was very spacious and staff at the property were very helpful. There is an outdoor pool, bistro on premise. There are many dinning options (breakfast cafe, fast food) nearby which was convenient. Wouldn't mind staying here again when back in Atlanta. Definitely recommended.

The hotel was as good (or better) than the Hampton Inn I stayed in recently, and much more affordable. The rooms were spotless, the towels were thick and fluffy, the staff very friendly, the breakfast had a nice variety. The menu was even posted for about 3 days so you knew what was coming. Very cute pancake maker!

All the facilities and amenities here are wonderful, and the staff is very friendly and professional. It's a brand-new property, and it's location is perfect for events taking place at the Gwinnett Arena, which is less than 500 feet from the hotel.

The hotel had a bug infestation they confessed too, dirty bedding, I was there to recover from a surgery the cleaning team didnot come until the evening, the leadership staff avoided the issue. I was over charged in the beginning and the staff should have returned more than the deposit .

The space was nice and open, the resturant dinning was really good and it offered a lounge feeling with music. Very relaxing and enjoyable. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was real cooked food and not heated package items that some establishment offer. Plenty of parking available and right off the highway exit. A very great pick! For the amenities the price of the two rooms was very impressive. Would definitely stay again.
