Location was very good. The staff was excellent at the front desk. My husband ate breakfast there and enjoyed his meal. The faucet in the bathroom spewed water all over the sink. I do believe from the aeration . It was annoying to have to dry the counter top with each use. Used the shuttle service once. Free and was an extra bonus. Free parking is always a winner for me. Julie at the bar went over and above with excellent service.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a cool location and has a walking path to the Lift Bridge area. Our room had plenty of space, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We ate dinner at the Silos Restaurant, the service and food were both great. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fire pit area with complimentary smores kits.

Fedup with it The hotel is dirty and I always check to make sure the bed sheets are clean. beginning to think I’m not going to go there anymore. The last time I was there I was informed I could not check in early if I did I was going to be charged $75 more. Most hotels are OK with and half an hour to an hour early check-in and you don’t have to pay $75 went to a different hotel and they were OK with checking in early

We loved the focus on recycling and saving water. We completely enjoyed the breakfast and loved that coffee was available and hot. We would definitely recommend AmericInn to our family and friends.

You can’t stay any closer to the Lift Bridge and Duluth Ship Canal than the South Pier Inn. It is clean, secure and comfortable. A nice light breakfast is included.

Price was great and it was very close to the Convention centre. The historical aspect was great and it was clean! We really did like how the room and inn has been redone.

No microwave in room -didn’t like the location. The lady that maybe runs the Hampton was a total bitch - she thought she was mighty and better then everyone else - she was skinny blk hair dressed in street clothes no name or I would tell you her name. -

I needed some quiet time before I went out for dinner. My headache was killing me and they let me a little early about 2:30 so that I could lay down and take my medication. I had a great meal at olive garden and then a great sleep afterwards.
