It was convenient to alot of places. At check in on Sept 20, 2024 at night. Marwan Oro was great checking us in. Plus I chatted with him a bit about front desk things. Since I have been in hospitality for 30 years. Great guy by far out of anyone working that we talked with.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The menagement had to switch our group of 8 people to Holiday Express Inn . The motel had clean and newer accommodations. Spacious room. Comfortable set up
There are a lot of hotels in Dearborn, but by far, Country Inn & Suites is the best! The entire staff couldn’t be more kind and welcoming. The amenities are amazing, especially the indoor pool and delicious breakfast every morning (which isn’t just a box of cereal like at some hotels; it is a full-on buffet with everything from eggs, home fries, bacon/sausage, fresh waffles, bagels, etc.). Everything is spotless and comfortable. I particularly liked the huge, deep bathtub and super comfortable bedding.
The hotel was nice and the room was great it had a microwave and fridge which was perfect for us to warm up our leftovers from dinner. The breakfast bar was excellent the first 2 days. The third day(sunday) was a little lacking. But overall I was happy with my stay
Staff, Omar at the front desk was very courteous and helpful; Anisa made a delicious hot breakfast and the cinnamon rolls were a great surprise on a week day! It was a very quiet location.
The breakfast was very nice and well maintained and restocked. The location was very close to where we were going and we were able to walk to a restaurant for dinner.
The front desk person was professional and courteous.
We stayed here due to an extended power outage. The facilities were clean and quiet. The internet was incredible. I was able to work from the hotel room with no interruptions. Other local hotels were price gauging due to the storm power outage but Comfort Inn did not.
