First, the cleanliness and home-like environment of the hotel. Extremely comfortable. Secondly, the staff, excellent! 10/10. We got a room with a view that was so beautiful and relaxing. Dinner at Texas Spice was excellent as well as our breakfast. I can't wait to go back!

Location just because I took the Vonlane bus, which arrives and departure from this location. It is also next to the LOve Field airport - handy if flying SouthWest Airlines. The breakfast was really good and complete. The lunch and dinner menu were also very tasty with large dishes. The menu has plenty of options.

I’ve stayed here several times and never been disappointed! For the price point, there’s none better in Dallas! I’ve stayed at every budget hotel, inn, motel, lodge and home. The facilities are exceptional. The staff is always accommodating and friendly!

I liked the variety in Breakfast, all fresh and good. The bed was a dream to sleep in. The staff was also good, especially the bartender from the bar where I had dinner several times in the evenings.

We did not do breakfast. The shuttle driver was a bit reckless. He drove through two red lights and almost ran through a third. It was not a fun drive back to the hotel. Although the server at dinner was very nice he did not totally understand the menu. Then he short changed us with the bill. I believe it was an honest mistake but I had to go track him down to straighten things out.
