Everything was wonderful! John the owner was extremely hospitable and responsive to our needs.
The location is great. Close to the beautiful historic Currituck Park, wild horses and shops!

We enjoyed our stay at the inn. The location is on the edge of the 4X4 beach, very close to the ocean and to the Corolla lighthouse and several shopping and restaurant areas. The room was spotless, beds super comfortable, and the family of innkeepers was there for us when we needed them.
Proximity to the beach, breakfast choices, evening cookies, location of pet area was convenient but out of way so as not to disturb others. We loved the Corolla area after seeing how crowded Duck and Nags Head were. The Inn is in a great location.

The owners were quite possibly the nicest inn operators I have ever encountered. When we had a tiny request they ensured it was fulfilled immediately. Big plus was the cleanliness of the room. The pillows provided a choice of firmness and, for once on a beach trip, none of them smelled even slightly of the previous guest's use.
John went over and above to ensure we were able to check in very late. His constant communication and friendliness to us is a great indicator of how his hotel treats guests like family. The suites were appropriate for our family of 5. They are spacious (lovely use of space) and well equipped with useful appliances for a long or short term stay. The couches and beds are very comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally clean. This inn as a great alternative to Airbnbs. we highly recommend.
