This was a surprisingly good stay at at "airport hotel". I arrived before checkin time but was greeted warmly and assured that early checkin was available. Up in the restaurant, the breakfast pastries were still out and I was encouraged to help myself. The staff were so friendly. At dinnertime I had an excellent meal and cocktail at the bar. In the morning I had a shuttle to the airport exactly when needed.
Jack employee, he was at front desk when we checked in. He was at bar at dinner. He was doing popcorn. Then later he was mopping lobbie then cleaning pool area .he was so polite and informative had great memorie greeted people byl name.He has great customer service skills
