The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We are from Canada and we were able to get advice on local food/drinks from the front desk. The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel is in a great location!

We loved the Hampton Inn in Downtown Cleveland - we couldn't fault it and they understood what it was like to travel with an 8 month old and did all to accomodate
The breakfast was more than I expected, pleasantly pleased! Even though I didn't get the chance for the free dinner it was there, something you don't see at other stays!
Great hotel in a good location. Everything clean. Breakfast was good, and a free snack/dinner provided in the afternoon is definitely a plus!
