Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
When traveling for work I often stay at properties like Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden. This older is a bit older but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the shower is good. I stay here on numerous occasions and have rooms booked in the future
The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The location of the Inn is close to everything and yet you have the feeling that you're away from the hustle and bustle of activity. Coffee and muffins in the morning were a treat.
I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. Hotel options are very limited in Clayton GA!. While I never stay in Two Star Hotels I have no reservations about staying at this Quality Inn in the future. Rooms are well maintained and clean but a bit dated. Beds and towels are clean and shower works well. I also like the location off the main HWY 23 and the back facing rooms are particularly quiet
My stay was perfect in every way. I was impressed with every aspect of the Inn. I am already thinking about a return visit. I was so beautiful and peaceful.
The breakfast was exceptional! The White Birch Inn would not be what it is without Letty. She was the best of the best. Overall, our stay at the White Birch was extraordinary and one of the best places we've ever stayed. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Clayton.
Breakfast was good. The Inn provides plenty of seating areas on the property, variety of games to play. Wine and cheese hour was nice. The Inn also provides a private bar and made a fresh charcuterie board onsite. They are also walking distance to plenty of retail shops and restaurants.
The inn is stunning, but also very comfortable. No detail was left untended. Service was excellent and friendly, but never overbearing. Breakfast is simply amazing. The White Birch Provisions shop down the street is not to miss. Coffee, pastries and service are excellent and shop is exquisitely decorated to the same theme and coziness as the inn. I cannot give the The White Birch Inn, or our experience there, enough stars!
I had stayed here before. This time was different. There were several men standing & hanging out at a large pickup truck by my room 108. I did NOT feel safe! Read on. I have a handicap card … & room … I returned from dinner & the latch Lock Screws weee loose & I did NOT feel safe. I took my service dog & my rolling suitcase / work laptop & left in a HURRY because I did NOT feel safe
The inn was centrally located to shops and restaurants, and the staff was so helpful . Our accommodations could not have been better. But the inn itself stole the show. Kudos to Miranda and Oliver who epitomized, "Be our GUEST" 🎶
The whole point of booking through you was to find a room close to a wedding site. Upon arrival they did not take dogs but booking. Com told us they took dogs. We had to find another hotel after Quality Inn charged us for one night we didn’t stay there. Booking.com owes me for the one night I was charged and telling me they took dogs to be turned away and charged after a 6 hour drive I expect to hear from you soon
