Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Deep Water Inn was affordable, comfortable, and close to everything. We loved being within walking distance of the lake. We were amazed at how above and beyond the staff were. When our cab was late and we were worried about catching the ferry, the owner of the hotel gave us a ride personally-- it was such a kind thing to do!
Staff was very helpful, even getting us porcelains bowls so we could fix our oatmeal for breakfast. Also close by a great small restaurant for dinner--Quick Wok.
Staff was very helpful and friendly and property was well kept and clean. The kids loved the family room with games and items to check out and yard games. We loved the outdoor kitchen area as well It came in handy we cooked dinner while the kids swam next to us.
Manager and her partner were especially wonderful, friendly and helpful. Loved talking to them. Room was excellent and very clean and well organized. Even though the inn is located next to a main thoroughfare it turned out to be a very quiet place at night. Lovely stay.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the best pillows I've ever used in a hotel.
The bedding smelled clean as did the room.
The room is a good size for 2 people.
The staff was very pleasant and the Inn was a short walk to the center of town.
Great location, perfect one bedroom unit, convenient walking distance to downtown for dinner and shopping! Very reasonable, would stay again and recommend to others. Uber was available which was a nice bonus to take us across town to dinner one evening!
I liked that we were finally able to reach someone (an hour after check-in time) who gave us another code so we could get into the unit and make our dinner reservation.
I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised, by the Apple Inn. I was traveling alone and booked my stay late so wasn't being picky, but the Apple Inn was affordable, clean and close enough to walk to plenty of great little restaurants and shops.
Love the location of the Apple Inn to downtown Chelan and access to getting out of town when needed. The staff is always pleasant and take care of the rooms and guests. Have been staying here the past 2 years. Will always look forward to coming back.
