It is a clean place with all listed facilities: good gym, +/- eatable breakfast, very good pool (water is clean, pretty chlorinated). The location is perfect. It has a good shower with non-slippery bathtub surface (like sandpaper) and a stable handle.

The location of the Read House was perfect for downtown Chattanooga. I could walk to the major attractions. There were several wonderful restaurants for breakfast and dinner nearby. The ambiance of the property was lovely -- beautiful chandeliers, fun library, pool lounge, wonderful 1920s-30 music. Staff was friendly, polite and helpful.
