Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The check in with Jacqui was great. She was very welcoming and professional. We waited awhile as the other check in person was on the phone and ignored us. Jacqui came and was very attentive. The dinner was great at the in-house restaurant our waitress Skyla or Skylar was exceptional. She was very nice and efficient. Had a great dinner experience.
We didn’t have hotel breakfast because we slept in. But there is a Dutch Bros down the road. The price was good!! It was a 3 day holiday weekend, and most places were booked up or the prices were ridiculously jacked up. The Roadway Inn was easy to find Not far from the freeway exit. The room was cute, clean, and cozy. The facility was very quiet during the night. And no road traffic noises during the night.
Friendly and helfpul staff
- the breakfast started early, which was VERY practical and only time of our whole trip we had that, especially when we had to leave very early to enjoy Lake Tahoe in the summer with its crowd. I liked the raisin cinnamon bread and the cereals
- the parking, outside and underground
- the elevator (from the hall and the underground parking)
- the room had plenty space
- comfortable bed
- we walked 5min to order and take our dinner to go
- fridge in the room
The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. We had 3 choices for our free breakfast. We had dinner there. The meal was good. Good variety. Casino was nice with a variety of gaming options. They also had a bowling alley, which is under renovation, so we weren't able to bowl.
Dinner excellent; breakfast ok. People really wonderful
