Great location, within a few miles of the airport. Some contents in the room wasn't working, for example the TV produced sound but no video. It's a older facility in need of an update.

It was refreshing to stay in a property where the employees understand customer service. I haven't been treated so well in many years. Every single employee went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed using the VERY REASONABLY priced laundry machines and the pool! I also ordered room service and ate at the breakfast and lunch/dinner restaurants. The food was good. The people were just GREAT!
Check in was easy and stress free. Front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Small in room fridge, microwave and safe. Hotel was located close to Universal Studios, a short walk to downtown Burbank and many other tourist attractions. Cute Cafe for breakfast and lunch and a nice bar for dinner and drinks.
Inner circle secure parking right outside hotel rooms if you came in early enough. Nice pool but a little cold since outside & not heated. Too bad no complementary breakfast meals
Couple of things no ice on floors brought it up staff went beyond n got me ice, door dashed some dinner, asked staff for utensils BOOM coming right up! N three very very quiet, lots of families with children but never heard a peep! Will return for another visit!
I LOVE Residence Inn by Marriott for my families travel. I have never been disappointed. The staff is great, friendly, helpful, and someone is ALWAYS cleaning something!
This trip; I peeped a gift bag off to the side of the reception area and asked if the staff actually did this for special occasions and they do! They gave my daughter a birthday gift since that is why we were traveling! It eas duper special!
The motel was clean. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. The accommodations were basic but adequate. The location was 5 minutes from the place I needed to be. The staff were friendly and eager to please. This appears to be an owner-operator, so there's the lovely ambiance of an innkeeper to it.
This is a family-owned motel that offers travelers a welcome that only comes from a true innkeeper. The rooms are large and very clean. Bathrooms have been recently remodeled. Beds are comfortable king-size. There is a desk and work chair. Air conditioning is simple and effective. There's a nice TV and good wi-fi. Parking and wi-fi are free.
