The location and building are beautiful. The history and the 20’s decor was amazing. It was so quiet but close to various activities. The speakeasy with the game room was my favorite!

We arrived after 10 pm due to the snow storm and they were very accommodating. The front desk was supposed to live by 10 pm and waited for us until we arrived . Super friendly staff and great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Brilliant location on a riverbank! This historic inn would never today have permission to be so sited, with rocky rapids right below our room's balcony. Nice, hard-working staff. Very reasonable room rates. Beds comfortable and rooms clean. The restaurant was good; the dinner menu had some unusual Indian choices.
Everything. The setting is so tranquil and a perfect haven for relaxing and soaking up the incredible views. All hosting and waiting staff were very polite and attentive and made us feel very well looked after. We enjoyed dinner so much on our first night that all the family voted to have dinner there again for the second night! The complimentary breakfast was delicious too and catered well for 2 vegetarians and a nut allergy. The Adair is a very special place to stay and we recommend in every aspect.
The property is beautiful, not just the building and workmanship, but the property and views as well. Amazing views of the mountains off of the back patio. So much history in the building too.
The food was fantastic, both breakfast and dinner, and great drinks from the bar. Staff was super attentive and helpful, very accommodating. The room was comfortable and very clean. I wish I had an extra night or two to stay. 100% will be back.
Great location with beautiful grounds. Staff was very friendly, dinner and breakfast were amazing. No TV in the room, which didn't bother us... and learning the history of the place was great as well. Close to Littleton! It was like time moved differently there.
It is a very nice home in a bucolic setting. Excellent views of the mountains. Very quaint inside with a little courtyard in the back for relaxing.
The food is absolutely amazing here so enjoy the breakfast and definitely make a plan to eat there for dinner at least once during your stay.
It is just down the street from the village of Bethlehem and very convenient to 93 for traveling to the notch or to Littleton.
The innkeeper is very nice and the staff is quite pleasant.
The location was great! My view was of the delightful creek in the back. The inn was very cozy, breakfast and dinner were great, innkeepers were kind and welcoming.
Old-fashioned historic inn, beautifully situated with good food and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast excellent. Rooms were old-style and charming.
a beautiful historic inn- decorated beautifully, in lovely tranquil setting, and an awesome old speakeasy with a big pool table, and fridge for guests to bring their own refreshments
