Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Enjoyed the screen porch, restaurant on site for dinner, free breakfast, pretty grounds because of blooming flowers, and very friendly, efficient staff.
Joe and Nancy were so helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed sitting around the fire with them, and all of the helpful suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The accommodations and the view were lovely. The inn is in a perfect setting. We had great privacy and close access to businesses in town.
I loved this stay so much! being steps away from a peaceful and quiet private beach proved to be exactly what I needed. the owners were so kind and welcoming- I felt at home rather than a guest at a hotel. my room was stylish, updated, clean, and comfortable. I plan on making a trip to the Beachfront inn again next fall!
The setting was beautiful. It was quaint, but a little too rustic for me. It looks like recent updates at the exterior were done well. Staff was very friendly and accessible. In the room it looked like newer towels, shower curtain the bathroom and it was clean except for the stains (assume from hard water) in the sink. I liked having a mini-fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The details were nice with coffee filters, stir sticks bottle openers, candy basket, etc. Hopefully there are plans for further updates to the interior.
The grounds of the Inn were beautiful - the plants, grass, etc. were exceptional, the views amazing! The restaurant was very nice and our table was exceptional along with the waitress! Walking along the private roads worked out well, Didn't take the trails because afraid of ticks being so plentiful this year.
The Beachfront Inn was amazing--loved the location--right on the beach!! We got up early and watched the sunrise which was beautiful!! The room was clean and super cute. Breakfast was yummy. Shana was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
