Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
It is a charming room with access to indoor dining area. We were pleased with the personal touch.
I recommend this Inn for family and friends.

Adobe Rose was the perfect little place to stay in Artesia! Clean, cozy, and connected to the restaurant made it easy and fun to grab dinner and drinks right next door. Staff was excellent, can’t recommend this spot enough!
This Inn exceeded our expectations. The room as well as the common area were very lovely decorated, great breakfast was offered in the room. The restaurant next door offered delicious food. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable.
We chose the Adobe Rose for its location, as we were visiting both the Carlsbad Caverns and White Sands and it was an ideal spot. Loved the room, the great shower, the breakfast/snack items, and private access to the community area and restaurant without having to go outside! We didn’t mind the somewhat industrial area, since once at the inn, there was no need to go out.
Wow!!! This place was absolutely lovely. Totally clean, lovely double room with a sliding door between them. perfect for a family. Well stocked fridge with yogurt, milk, oj, plenty of good coffee pods, a great selection of breakfast goodies all included. The owner was so kind and helpful. Beautiful lush grounds, we ate a few figs off the tree. The pool was perfect, we stayed there all day. We ate dinner next door, at the attached restaurant and it was delicious! This was the most lovely time we have ever had away.
Wonderful little inn. Everything was provided even breakfast food in room.
