Only saving grace for this hotel was the receptionist when we checked in. She was very nice & caring and genuinely seemed to care about her job and the location. Other than that. The fridges were nice and so were the microwaves.

Great location, very easy to move around, and you get to know a great neighborhood. There is a grocery store in the same street.

This Comfort Inn was very comfortable and close to everything we needed to get to. It is a little bit outdated but it is clean. I would go back there again. The plus is the parking is free
Comfort Inn Ballston in Arlington, VA is superb in every way. Parking is free. Our rooms were spotless and comfortable. Free breakfast was delicious. Most of all, the manager and staff were friendly, kind, and helpful, making our stay perfect! Our thanks to each of them.
Hotel is fine quite close to the city center, few steps away from a metro station. The facility overall is well maintained. The rooms are clean, paid $$$ parking is available onsite. There are many lunch & dinner food options also available nearby.
My Customer and our dinner location was on the same street and was able to walk to both locations. The underground parking was ample and the staff was great.
