Five-star service. The staff, especially the receptionist Medius goes the extra mile. She went in town extra to buy a Jackfruit for me and fish for dinner. As a guest you feel very welcomed and they take care about you. And it’s all about customer service nowadays. A good location up on a hill, quiet and just 3 km in town. Very good value for money. Safe parking and security. Highly recommended.

The location was amazing. Super quiet and with a beautiful garden with banana trees. The staff was beyond words. Especially the lady. Super helpful, nice, professional and accommodating. We had dinner at the property and the food was very good and affordable. The breakfast was also very good. It was the perfect place for us, traveling with a kid, to stay in Fort Portal. Would love to come back.

Amazing place, a beautiful garden and great Café with arts and crafts right in the middle of the city. Gaia hub very much stands out amongst other Hubs and guest houses. The food was amazing and all organic, the staff was very welcoming and took very good care of us. We had a great time and will definitely come back again. Keep it up!! :) thank you and best wishes from Basti and Lisa from Germany

The staff at the Cottage provided superlative quality services! They were always helpful and went beyond what I would consider is reasonable. For example, the staff prepared a breakfast pack of coffee, toast and eggs for me when I had a 5am start. The food was excellent, dinners were like a gourmet restaurant for a modest price.

The lodge, which seems to be quite new and has a cute garden, is away from the hustle and bustle of Fort Portal (which also means that it can't be reached on foot). The room and bathroom were clean. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious.

The location is amazing, in the middle of the forest. Nice dinner with local food. The project to involve the community around is commendable.

It was inside on village roads...expect rustic and you'll be fine. It was a good African experience for my guest.

The place is rather basic but beautifully located above the lake. The host is running an orphanage school which the income from the guest house helps finance. He is not a great hotelier and some things could definitely improve but your money goes for a good cause, the nature around is lovely and im sure during school season visiting/helping in the school can be lots of fun.
