Very nice personnel. Darya at the Reception was very sweet, so helpful and kind. Inna from the kitchen was very friendly and she does an amazing job in the Kitchen.

The front desk person was very nice and the hotel is very clean. . There is a restaurant in front of the hotel that is excellent and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Remember, you are in Ukraine and there is no lift at the hotel. This hotel may be difficult for you if you have mobility issues.
I am always happy to stay in this traditional East European inn.

I am not sure that the staff understand a lot of english but they know perfectly their job. I had a special request in my booking. It was done perfectly.
Everything here is organized, the parking the breakfast.
they also have very nice backyard to dine outside, but this is more relevant in the summer.
