I was booking the room for my guests, a mother with son with vision impairment. They said they liked the stay and the staff was very firendly. It's also great that on the first floor there is a buffet, where you can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner for a reasonable price.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our family room had a sofa bed for the kids and was in the attic on the 3rd floor. The guys from the reception kindly helped us with our luggage. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. We will come again!
The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating from the beginning. They promptly provided us with another room as we were not satisfied with the first one. It was my birthday, and they surprised us with a small cake; a 'Happy Birthday' was also sung. It was just wonderful!!
We liked the interior and tasteful decor the most. It should also be mentioned that the hotel is located in the pedestrian zone and therefore in the center of Lviv, making everything easily accessible on foot.
Spa and pools due to permanent occupation by sportclub effectively not usable,at restaurant was for dinner just the bar area usable and I had to run to the waitress for service,again for pepper for the soup and a 3rd time to request the bill. Breakfast,comfy beds and roomcleaning however great.
Location is fantastic,cousy stylish room,was upgraded when extended for extra night.Tasty breakfast,very accommodative stuff .The only cons is that there is no Lyft.But that is historical building.And no mini bar in the room to store take away dinner.
