It’s affordable and not bad for an inn there is a fridge, microwave and dinner wares. It is clean. Budget room is big with its own toilet.Receptionist is accommodating. The location is close to Maidan.
Excellent location, great price for central Kyiv, very clean, and super friendly staff. For a single female traveler felt very safe at the hostel. The mattress was a bit on the thinner side but overall a great place to stay if you are visiting Kyiv. 9.5/10

What's important in Ukraine now - electricity never goes out in the inn, probably because of the fire station in the same building.
Partially friendly staff. There was the event these days and kitchen did not work. Administrator said to call to the restaurant to check if they work but they did not even answer the call. After all I went to them directly and asked if they will work after 8 pm to get the dinner, staff at the restaurant and kitchen said “no” and was not friendly at all. No customer service. From other side cleaning lady was very friendly and cared about updating towels and other miscellaneous.
The location was amazing as it overlooked Independence Square.
The staff members were all such a joy to deal with. Very helpful, understanding, and accommodating.

Dinner was great with a staff that was so eager to please.
