Dimitiry was very kind. The lady that met me in the beginning was very kind too. The bed and pillows were excellent. The view was terrific. Security was very good. I really, it was a very pleasant stay.
Very well positioned and comfortable structure in central Dnipro. Room was big and bathroom too, comfortable bed (memory foam) and good bedding. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Staff interactions professional, overall smooth despite a little confusion at the beginning. Checked out early in the morning. Complimentary bottle of water.
The service from the moment we arrived was exceptional. The Porter to reception the lady had fantastic English and was so friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were fabulous and again service was amazing. I will certainly be back- Kindest Regards Sharon & Emmet Ireland
