The front desk staff are incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, informative and helpful.
Although the hotel is located inside a commercial building, it's very easy to locate as it's right opposite the local government building. It's also quiet at night.
This place is very convenient: no more than 5 mins taxi ride from Hsinchu train station, 5 mins walk to self laundry, walking distance to Dongmen night markets, city god temple night markets and the huge Big City shopping mall.
The room is a bit dated but clean and well equipped. Since we actually shower inside the bath tub and there is a shower curtain, the bathroom won't become a wet room.
