Everything is good about this property. All of the staff were very welcoming, always greeting us, helpful especially when we have questions about travelling to places, food recommendations etc. they were always fluent in English so it makes it easier to communicate. The breakfast they provided gave me a home cooked feel and it’s different everyday. Also, Energy Inn was able to help me get pineapple tarts from Chia Te and got it delivered to the hotel the next day. It was a big plus as I didn’t need to travel down specifically for the souvenirs. The room was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay here and will be doing so for my next visit!

It was our second time at tomato TTT and like last time everything was perfect.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, our room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
Also it is in our favorite area in Taipei. The nightmarket is around the corner and the MRT station is just a short walk away.

The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet and had amenities including snacks and drinks. It is located at the heart of Ximen, next to public transport and great places for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.
Very good location of the hotel, above a two-line metro station, which allows you to easily get everywhere. Moreover, there is a very nice Daan park nearby, which makes morning walks more pleasant.
The hotel has very good room facilities, but above all, great breakfasts with fantastic service - greetings to Claire, Winnie, Vicky and Kevin who made the mornings so pleasant.

The breakfast was fine - a selection of Western and Asian dishes. The location was excellent. Check-inn is situated between two MRT stations, and it was easy to get anywhere in the city by going to one of those two stations.
Beds are a thin foam mattress and sometimes uncomfortable. Room is nice. It only has four beds and the privacy curtains are good. There is also locked storage at the head of the bed for which only you have the key. Nice securities. They do have a washer and a dryer for NT$50 each if you need to do laundry. A spinner to get ride of the extra water before drying is also provided. This was good for me.
Convenient for transportion. Airport MRT underground EXIT Y13 at taipei main station check in chia rong. Star co living underground exit Y19. Shifen & juifen go by train near Taipei main station to ruifang, then continue bus to jiufen & train to shifen. Back from ruifang stop keelung for dinner at night market, delicious food.
The room was really clean, and the location is perfect. We took exit 8 from the MRT, and the hotel is very close (exactly at the right alley) after the post office. The staff are really nice and speak English.I booked a superior room, but they upgraded it to an executive. I am so lucky!The breakfast was nice. The staff (Claire, Vickie, Winnie, Kevin) gave us cute souvenirs to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival. We had a small talk, and they were really welcoming. Will definitely come back! Thank you!
The personnel was so incredibly friendly and accommodating: from the reception desk people to the cleaners, a very professional staff. And a special thank to Claire, Winnie, Vicky, and Kevin, for making the breakfast such an enjoyable experience.
