It was a pleasant surprise when I was offered a free room upgrade! The upgraded room comes with a kitchenette & bath tub! Overall, it was a clean and spacious room and I like it that the bathroom separated the shower and toilet! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my first night in Taipei! Literally just stone’s throw away from the metro station.

Great location, beautiful room with lovely little touches. Drinking water and tea/coffee was great. Staff so friendly and we loved cuddling the cats in the cat room! Would definitely stay again if we were in Taipei.

Check-in went smoothly and was also informed of possible construction noises from the vicinity. It's nice to see the floor of the premises carpeted right up to the rooms, masks out sounds of movements across the hotel premise, for something that can be easily soiled, they do really put in the effort to maintain the cleanliess for the guests. On top of the aesthetic room interior, I really liked the multi-function AI assistant device that comes with it, whether for a chill bgm to unwind the day, set an alarm or ring up the front desk for assistance. Also, whoever decided to install the switches for Housekeeping/Do not Disturb is a Genius!
