The hotel is located on the 5th floor above a supermarket. It is very difficult to locate because there’s absolutely no signage. On Booking.Com it’s listed as ‘Tank Inn’ but it goes by another name.
There are no staff at reception and a passport is screened by a machine. When I made the reservation I had the option of paying by debit card. However the hotel would only accept cash which was very inconvenient. After the passport has been screened and cash paid the room card is issued which allows access. On departure the card has to be placed in a slot in a machine. It would not accept my card and I left it under the base of the machine with the edge showing. There is a notice stating that failure to return the room card would lead to a financial penalty. I hope Booking.com will look into issues that I’ve raised in this post. With regard to the bedroom it was clean & tidy. Being windowless it was stuffy and oppressive. A kettle and mug were provided but with only one sachet of green tea. The hotel was mean spirited for providing just one bottle of water and one towel.

I loved the atmosphere, the staff were super nice and helpful. The dorm decoration was innovative and super comfortable. The hostel was clean and bright. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's located near a river and it's very pretty.
Short walk from Luodong train station and Luodong night market. Nearby laundromat around the corner too. Breakfast shop right next to the inn. The kids were super thrilled with the slide in the room. Convenient lift service to top floor, no need to carry luggage up. The room was very clean and the tv channels were great.
There's a slide and a cosy hut in the room, which is unique. Plus the big square bath tub can fit 3 kids. The kids enjoyed the stay very much. The inn is 7mins walk to luodong night market.
Stayed in the WInnie the Pooh room - 3 adults (you have to have fun sometimes!)

There do seem to be different toys in the room than in the photos so don't expect everything to be 100% the same.
Also you need to confirm arrival time so they meet you there so if you don't have a SIM card, this may be difficult.
The family is extremely kind and service was amazing. We arrived with dinner and they offered us plates and utensils from their kitchen. I also loved the breakfast spreads. The room had an a/c and a dehumidifier which made sleeping quite comfortable.
