very friendly place. thanks to the owner Sata, he was always responsive and welcoming. the rooms themselves and the surroundings are very clean and comfortable to live in. i felt comfortable here. there was also a convenient place with a table on the balcony for evening tea. cleaning was done daily. the location is convenient for everything. 3 minutes to 7/11 and 7 minutes to the beach. also nearby is the yoga center, where i took classes. i will definitely come back here again)
