An amazing hotel in an excellent location, the beach was amazing with golden sand and clean crystal clear water, the rooms are clean and large, the bed is comfortable and the pillows are excellent, the breakfasts and dinners are excellent, the pools and beaches are amazing, the service throughout the hotel is excellent, we had the best massage in Thailand at the hotel spa.
Very clean, room service was great. Unfortunately, due to an accident off property we had to leave early. Would have loved to stay longer. Great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
Lovely little resort with amazing staff who were always so pleasant and happy to help. Well located as a base to explore the island. Fantastic breakfast and a great kitchen for lunch and dinner. The pool has just been finished too, which is a great addition! No hesitation in recommending!!
Such a beautiful peaceful place, very comfortable clean room and beds. Pool was amazing, here in May and most of the time had it to ourselves. Breakfast good price and delicious. Close to beach and a few great places to eat dinner. Also special mention to Jimmy the friendliest bar man at the pool!
The settings were so beautiful - cosy rustic bungalows surrounded by nature and so near the beach. It is no frills but you have everything you could ever need - comfortable bed, air conditioning and WiFi in room, Netflix, great service by the staff and not to mention, absolutely amazing food at the restaurant.
We loved our stay at Lanta Palace for the first part of our honeymoon. We were so comfortable and everything was very well thought out and planned. It was private and relaxing and had everything we needed for island living from a massage spa, to the beach bar, to dinner entertainment to motor scooters for rent. The staff was friendly and helpful and the owners made us feel right at home too. The villa was spacious and clean and it felt very secluded from everyone else on the resort.
We loved everything about the hotel. The resort is beautiful and tranquil. The team is super friendly and is constantly going the extra mile to make your stay as good as it can get.
We are looking forward to coming back and can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to take rest and enjoy a beach retreat.
Lunch and dinner in the hotel is a little pricy but there are plenty of small little restaurants run by locals within 15mins walking distance.
everything about this hotel was perfect. From the amazing restaurant/bar breakfast lunch and dinner. To the beautiful beach. The villa was the nicest I have ever stayed in with excellent design. Bonus was having netflix and being able to chill at night watching a movie with a beautiful sea view.
Lanta Smile Inn and Mr. Yim, the owner and manager, are the best!! What a fabulous stay we had🥰. The facility is well-stocked with everything and is squeaky clean. Mr. Yim goes out of his way to make everything perfect for his guests. He knows everything, and/ or will find out from tours to where to find things. The daily fruit and snacks are just the cherry ontop. We extended our stay with another few nights and will be back. We have made a good friend.

It is super spacious with an outside bathroom, sink and hammocks to chill. Sometimes you are fully surrounded by water then watch the tide roll back out. Wake up around 6 am and watch the sunrise over the water! It’s so peaceful ! I love how it feels rustic, but also modern, clean and not bugs everywhere (so you can fully relax)
It’s a 5 minute walk to the old town where you can eat, and a 7/11 just around the corner.
