The hotel is right across the street from 7/11 and is next to a bunch of restaurants and massage parlors. The days and nights are full of people which I really liked. I traveled alone but never felt alone. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. Aside from location, the room was comfortable. The shower head is in the bathroom and not separated from the rest of the bathroom, which was ok. This is not typical in America so it wasn't something I was used to but the shower still worked great.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
We loved the breakfast, very good quality and lots of choices. Vero Restaurant is excellent for dinner. Infinite pool overlooking beach is fantastic. Room was very good, with terrace and sea views, ample bathroom, comfortable bed.

We really loved both of the pool areas and all the areas for games/ reading. This hotel is massive and has lots of room for kids to run around. It is straight across from the beach and has a few good restaurants to select from for dinner. The rooms were a good size and had a nice view from the balcony, looking over the pool area.
We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was leafy, clean, and quiet. The view from our room was beautiful and the facilities (e.g. the pools and restaurants) were well designed and maintained. We ate most meals onsite -- everything we tried was delicious -- but had the option of walking or taking a shuttle down to the Naithon Beach shopping strip for dinner, beach time, and massages if we wanted a change of scenery. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and they all went above and beyond to welcome us.
Not at all like a Patong. Love the secluded nature with views and ocean access. Staff was excellent. Senior management was constantly involved at breakfast and dinner service, at front desk and all around. set the tone for a well-run establishment
everything was perfect. very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. big choice of meals for lunch and dinner. the swimming pool is amazing, warm and convenient. kids club is very nice, a lot of toys and activities for kids different age.

Location was a bit secluded and there weren't many facilities in the neighbourhood, but we booked the place as our last stop before heading to the airport, so it wasn't an issue. The restaurants in the hotel had pretty good food at decent prices. Rooms were large and spacious and pools were gorgeous and clean. My partner and I also had a good time having dinner by the pool.
location was perfect, only thing that there were not so many places to have dinner but one week would be perfect time to spend there. The beach was so quiet and nice, clean and perfect to swim. This hotel has great swimming poils and the kids area is amazing, so perfect for families! Breakfast was pretty good, loved the fresh fruits and espresso machine. I also got veggie noodles with tofu when I asked some warm vegeterian food. Only negative was very hard beds and lousy pillows.
