It was very, very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful! The location is very convenient for walking around the community. It’s close to restaurants and shops. We had an excellent dinner at Bold Buddah (recommended by Alicia’s Inn). From Alicia’s Inn, it was a convenient walk the following morning to reach the marina to catch our sailboat cruise. After checking out, the helpful staff let us leave our luggage in their office until it was closer to our time to leave the island. We would highly recommend Alicia’s Inn!

We were in St Maarten to begin a cruise. The location of the hotel ended up being great for a bit of shopping and people watching. We arrived on Good Friday to discover everything closed for the holiday, but, the next morning, everything was bustling! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book there again next year when we cruise again! Hotel restaurant was very good for dinner. Had breakfast the next morning at the French Market which is a short walk from the hotel. Great croissants!

This hotel is located right in the middle of the shopping area of Philipsburg just across the boardwalk from a beautiful beach on a bay with very calm turquoise water. The area is lively during the day but very quiet at night after the cruise ships leave. The downside of that is many restaurants are closed for dinner. The rooms are large and comfortable with spacious balconies. The restaurant has very good food. I really commend the staff who are excellent in every area, friendly and efficient. This is a great day for a relaxing vacation.

Very spacious and clean! Loved the outdoor seating and 2 hammocks to enjoy the constant breeze. Very well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. It was interesting to see the cruise ships at the port from our terrace. Location was good in that we walked to an excellent dinner at Chesterfields and the next morning walked to the port to catch the ferry to St Barths. The host was very helpful with directions as our taxi driver had a little trouble finding the apartment. Overall an excellent choice and great value for our brief stay in Philipsburg!

Breakfast was very good and included in price and consisted of good variety of menu options. Staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect for access to cruise port. Easy access to beach. Ate dinner three nights in hotel dining room and all three were excellent. No need to go anyplace else.

We stayed in the hotel the night before our cruise. The room was perfect- quiet, great shower, and clean. We sat at the hotel bar after dinner and had a drink and listened to live music- was a great experience. Right on the boardwalk and close to the cruise pier.
